Meet Team 16311
Our team is comprised of 10 hardworking and dedicated members that range from High School Freshmen to Seniors. Our team is organized into three different subsections including hardware, software, and marketing. Although every one of our team members are very versatile in all three subgroups, they have a primary role in a single subsection throughout the season.

Our Mentors:
Rad Allen
Faculty Lead Advisor
Mr. Allen is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a double major in English and History. Mr. Allen co- founded the Vandegrift Robotics program 2010, and has been a part of this program ever since.

Denis Golden
Faculty Advisor
Ms. Golden attended the University of Texas where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. This is her second year with ViperBots. Ms.Golden enjoys robotics because of the students.

Matt Zvada
Faculty - Team Mentor
Mr. Zvada earned his B.A. in History from California State University and a Masters in Education from Grand Canyon University. This is his first year as a mentor for ViperBots, and is excited to work with both 16311 Recoil and 6209 Venom.
